As a strategic leader known for reducing costs, streamlining processes, and boosting employee retention, she's currently enhancing her skills with ICF certifications in Operational and Executive Consulting.

 

Her involvement in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program showcases her commitment to strategic business growth.

Breanna Gatison, Visionaire Academy's Chief Operating Officer, has over 15 years of experience in Banking, Mortgage, Human Resources, and Customer Service, complemented by an additional 5 years in Training, Compliance, Auditing, and Hospitality.

 

Breanna's comprehensive expertise in strategic business operations and financial management has been pivotal in fostering a thriving corporate culture at the Academy.

 

She symbolizes resolute leadership and integrity, with a unique ability to navigate complex challenges and drive collaboration toward success. Breanna is also advancing her skills through ICF certification in Operational and Executive Consulting, advocating for inclusivity and empowering others to take initiative in important conversations.

Daniel Mackey brings to VISIONAIRE ACADEMY a wealth of expertise with over two decades of experience spanning sales, finance, and management. Jaira Williams, an esteemed Army veteran, has successfully transitioned her military expertise into the realms of communications and operations. Following a commendable six-year tenure in the Army, where she served our country with honor, Priscilla pursued further academic excellence by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.

 

Her commitment to continuous professional development led her to acquire a certification in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) certification from the University of South Florida.

Teo Brown holds the position of Trainer at VISIONAIRE ACADEMY, leveraging over 15 years of extensive experience in delivering training solutions to a diverse range of sectors including automotive, grocery, and interior home remodeling products.

 

Before his tenure at Visionaire Academy, Mr. Brown excelled as the Operations Manager at Capital on Tap, where he spearheaded the adoption of SMART objectives to enhance performance metrics.

 

His contributions include facilitating new product introductions through comprehensive training programs, incorporating best practices into detailed training curricula, and performing analyses to identify and address customer challenges effectively.

Mr. Brown is an alumnus of Kennesaw State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Further augmenting his professional acumen, he has acquired certifications in Train the Trainer and Leadership Training from the American Management Association and AT&T University, respectively.
